1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZC888 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any of the services offered — including sports betting, live casino, slots and all other games — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZC888. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are accessing ZC888 of your own free will, that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction where you are located, and that you will not use the platform on behalf of any third party or in any capacity other than as a private individual.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one ZC888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any combination of these — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other details required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ZC888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZC888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your ZC888 account within a few minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before your first withdrawal — and at any point where ZC888 deems it necessary — you may be required to complete identity verification. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawals to methods other than those used for deposits may not be permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

By opting into or claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will remain in a separate bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.

• Bonuses are available to players with one verified account only.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.

6. Sports Betting Rules

ZC888 offers sports betting markets covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sports and events. All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport, as published in the Sports section of the platform.

Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements, unless the bet is placed on an event that is subsequently voided, abandoned or otherwise affected by a rule that triggers a refund or void.

• Bets must be placed before the event start time unless the market is specifically designated as an in-play market.
• In-play bets may be suspended or rejected during key moments of an event at ZC888's discretion.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to the relevant sport-specific rules.
• ZC888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market; limits are shown before bet confirmation.
• Cricket bets including PSL, bilateral series and T20 World Cup events are subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the platform.

Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event, exploit pricing errors, engage in match-fixing-related activity, or place bets with inside knowledge constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on ZC888 — including live casino tables, RNG table games, video slots, Megaways titles and jackpot games — use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by ZC888 or by any player.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, ZC888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet will generally be voided and the stake returned. ZC888 does not accept liability for losses resulting from third-party internet or connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZC888 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
